Did you forget we’re the flavor adventurers over here? We didn’t think so. But you might want to prepare yourself for this amazing recipe crafted by our friend Vanessa Her sweet chili salmon recipe pairs perfectly with our UFO Winter Blonde especially on a cold night in the middle of the Winter.

What's Inside:

What You Need:

– 2 salmon filets
– ½ cup Sweet Chili sauce of your choice
– ½ pound Asparagus
– ½ lemon, sliced
– Olive oil
– Salt and pepper
– Aluminum foil

What You Do:

1. Preheat the oven to 400 degrees
2. Season the salmon with salt and pepper and set aside
3. Wash the asparagus and trim the edges
4. Toss the asparagus in a bag or on a tray with 1 – 2 tbsp of olive oil
5. Place the asparagus in the center of the foil in one layer and season with salt and pepper
6. Place one salmon filet on top of the asparagus
7. Using ¼ cup of the sweet chili sauce, pour onto the salmon and spread it evenly to coat the whole piece. You can either spread it with a spoon or use a pastry brush.
8. Place a slice of lemon on top of the filet
9. Bring the long sides of the foil up and fold them together before bringing up the ends and folding them. You can use whatever method you prefer, as long as the salmon and veggies are encased in a pouch
10. Repeat for the second piece of salmon
11. Place into the preheated oven and roast for 20 minutes
12. The salmon will be done with it flakes easily with a fork
